We’ve got big plans for 2025 and beyond. Plans that need an experienced Account Manager to play a vital role in supporting our client services team. Someone who knows how to facilitate the perfect output to the brief for us and our clients, can approach challenges with a logical mind, and can help our teams deliver the most effective solutions.
The Position
A key player in the client services function within the studio and reporting to an Account Director, you’ll manage projects with ease, have a keen interest in aiding business growth and be responsible for the smooth running of projects from a great mix of clients - from global corps to start ups and smaller challenger brands.
You’ll be a driving force of projects, effectively steering the output to answer the brief and deliver excellent client service. From kick off client meetings, through to final artwork, you’ll be on top of every part of the project process. This will involve writing briefs, creating timing plans & proposals, managing budgets, reviewing creative, inputting into strategy and building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliers alike.
You’ll perfectly balance the needs of the agency with the needs of our clients. A role that straddles creative flair, attention to detail and organisational prowess. You’ll make sure all our projects are delivered on time, to budget and most importantly to the highest of standards.
What we’re looking for:
Ideally, an Account Manager with a few years under your belt and looking for more of a challenge. You’ll have agency experience and be able to demonstrate your ability to work across a varied range of projects for different types of clients.

8. Strong commercial focus: A keen commercial awareness is vital to keep projects efficient and profitable.
A full time position based in Leeds. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Must be willing to travel when necessary.
