Stock Controller Hours: 40 Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £28,080 with on target earnings (the amount you’ll potentially earn with your commission) Location: Tewkesbury Are you a Stock Controller with experience of warehousing and continuous improvement? We are looking for a new Stock Controller to join our team based in Tewkesbury. Reporting into the Stock and Admin Supervisor, your role will be to ensure our high standard across inventory accuracy levels and stock quality are maintained, whilst also working to improve our operation and customer metrics. Support a culture of Safety First. Complete Perpetual Inventory (PI) cycles within agreed SLAs and investigate discrepancies. Resolve issues from key system reports, including reallocations, stock discrepancies, and "sin bin" items. Coordinate the clearance and management of unwanted stock, acting as the main point of contact. Investigate and resolve F3/Nil Picks/TOR trends. Maintain accurate warehouse location maps and ensure alignment with physical stock. Support team meetings and maintain open, honest communication, both internally and with other stakeholders.
