Stratasys is offering a role as Regional Marketing Manager – United Kingdom In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand generation in your territory with a solid link to the local territory manager, the local Channel Partners, and the vertical business managers. You will be responsible for the execution of local tactics, focusing on passing high quality leads to the sales team. Your Role Achieve your annual KPIs, focused on generating demand and delivering high quality leads to our sales/channel teams. Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing activities. Support Channel Marketing activities with Stratasys partners. Plan and execute events in your territory. Oversee campaign execution (via a digital agency) on Paid Social Media and Google Paid Search and continually optimize the outcome. Create and execute local campaigns using a variety of online and offline tactics including webinars, email marketing, seminars and open days. Own regional marketing budget, track and manage marketing expenses within forecast and/or guidelines. Report on ROI of activities. Oversee local PR by sourcing suitable customers for case studies and referrals. Update the local Stratasys UK website with new product releases, case studies and content. Ensure all leads generated in your territory are handled according to the processes defined. The Ideal Background 5 years of related marketing experience in field marketing an advantage. Experience carrying out marketing campaigns, including planning, prioritizing, and implementation. Experience working in a large B2B Enterprise (a matrix management organizational structure) Strong written and oral communication skills in English Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time. You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment. You are creative, innovative, and think outside the box. You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from marketing data. You have attention to detail and high standards of works. Experience working routinely with multi-national team members in a remote / virtual environment.
