Supports the General Operations Manager and Community Managers to achieve operations and financial goals through overseeing the teams and performing the facilities tasks of a technical services and property maintenance function to both the internal and external parts of buildings, Public Realm and grounds, amenities, and multifamily blocks common areas to meet the Companys requirements for building standards, health and safety, statutory compliance and overall asset functionality.
