REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - OEM PRECISION ENGINEERING

UP TO £55k DOE, £80k OTE uncapped bonus

My client is a global leader in providing world-class engineering solutions for Precision manufacturers, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers operating in high-value manufacturing environments.
We are looking for a technically minded engineer to be ideally based in Newcastle or surrounding areas to service their existing client base and hunt for new business opportunities.
You could currently or previously be a Production Engineer, Production Manager, Project Manager, Application Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar looking for new opportunities.
Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
1. Experience of selling Cutting Tools, Tool Holding, or Work Holding.
2. Identifying and developing new opportunities and customers for the range of products.
3. Background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing experience.
4. The ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service orientation.
5. Confident in speaking to people and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Conduct training and support customer visits and exhibitions.
The Package:
1. Salary up to £55k per annum DOE.
2. Uncapped OTE £80k+.
3. Company Car or Car Allowance.
4. Phone, Laptop, Company Credit Card and Work from Home.
5. 34 days annual leave and Pension.
