Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
* Assisting the classroom teacher in the implementation of lesson plans and instructional activities.
* Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapting materials to meet their individual needs.
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Supervising students during class and break times.
* Collaborating with the teaching staff to assess and monitor student progress.
Requirements:
* Minimum of a high school diploma; a relevant qualification in education or child development is an advantage.
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
