Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Llandudno
Salary: £25,000 per year
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* To identify and fix hardware and software issues.
* To maintain a first-rate standard of customer service and make sure that every customer is handled Effectively and appropriately by accurately recording, updating, and documenting requests utilising the help desk system.
* If required, carry out software deployment and installation on computer systems.
* Update process definitions, procedures, and technical documentation.
* Help the infrastructure team with infrastructure and network projects, including system and hardware administration.
Desirable:
* Working knowledge of Office 365 and Azure
* Knowledge of Google
* Working knowledge of Windows domain environment.
