Frazer Jones is partnering with a rapidly expanding business based in Cardiff that is looking to hire a Reward & Benefits Manager.
This is a newly created position as both the business and HR team is growing via organic activity and M&A. Reporting to the HR Director and supporting a geographically dispersed employee base, this is a key hire into the HR team with responsibility for designing and implementing the reward and benefits strategy and its ongoing management. As such, you will be involved in a broad range of cyclical activity alongside a broad range of programmes and projects to include:
1. Develop and implement the reward and benefits strategy
2. Lead the annual salary and pay review processes
3. Incentive design and recognition programmes
4. Benchmarking and performance
5. Lead and manage the administration of all employee benefits including 3rd party vendor management
6. Data analysis, management and reporting
7. Keeping up to date on the latest reward and benefits innovation ensuring best practice
8. Management of related systems and tools
You will be an experienced Reward and Benefits professional, with a proven track record across pay, reward and benefits as well as compensation trends and regulatory requirements. Able to work in both a strategic and operational capacity, you will be an effective communicator that is able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex and fast-paced business.
The business offers hybrid working and an expectation of 2-3 days in the office, so you will need access to central Cardiff.
