Join the dynamic and dedicated team on Bluebell and Sunflower, our specialised neurosciences wards offering top-tier care. Our integrated team consists of expert Paediatric Neurologists, Paediatric Neurosurgeons, Paediatric Neuro-rehabilitation specialists, and Allied Health Professionals. With 12 beds on Bluebell and an additional 8-bed Neuro-rehabilitation unit on Sunflower, we cater to patients aged 0-16 requiring neurosurgical, spinal surgery, specialist epilepsy surgery, neurology, and neuro-oncology treatments.
We welcome nurses who have completed their preceptorship to apply. We offer full-time and part-time positions for passionate and dedicated nurses ready to make a difference.

Knowledge and Experience
* Broad knowledge and experience of clinical nursing practice within a hospital environment
* Interest in the clinical area
* Experience of teaching
* Experience of taking charge
Skills and Abilities
* Demonstrate competence in clinical skills relevant to the clinical area
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Competence in calculations for safe administration of medicines/fluids
* Ability to take the lead, initiate and ensure appropriate action in response to the deteriorating patient
* Clinical decision making ability
* Teaching/supervisory skills
* Ability to work with minimum supervision

Qualifications and Training
* RSCN/ RN child branch (NMC registered) or equivalent
* Current NMC registration
* Work towards relevant university accredited post basic study programmes e.g. teaching and assessing course
