Adult Care and Wellbeing are looking to recruit a highly motivated Senior Business Support Officer to support the Social Care Accounts Service and Contracts and Commissioning Service. This is a full-time permanent position.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and a team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize, work to deadlines, and follow standard operating processes.
You will be required to demonstrate experience of working with internal and external customers to a high level of satisfaction. You will need accuracy and attention to detail to complete financial tasks and input sensitive information. You will need to be competent in the use of ICT packages (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
You will be able to work from home but will be expected to spend some time in the office. This is kept under review in line with service demands. You will be based at a city center location. You will be required to cover for colleagues and work flexibly to meet the demands of the service. Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year, and we offer a generous holiday entitlement.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
