Senior Technical Project Manager - Oracle CX
Senior Technical Project Manager required to join a dynamic team at an award-winning Oracle Platinum Partner.

The day-to-day
In this client-facing role, you will manage projects end-to-end, working with client stakeholders to understand requirements, coordinate with resources, and ensure that deliveries are controlled and achieved in a timely manner. This is an exciting, fast-paced, and varied role, where you will be responsible for:
1. Building and maintaining project scope definition, schedule, costs, resource plan, and RAID logs.
2. Delegating and allocating responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end-to-end.
3. Presenting and reporting on project status to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Proactively identifying and deploying mitigation strategies for risks.
5. Providing technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration.
6. Ensuring standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place.
7. Driving improvements to the company’s project management approach and processes.
8. Managing hours to achieve delivery timelines whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
On occasions, you may line manage, train, and mentor more junior team members, and you will lend your knowledge to support pre-sales activities, bids, and marketing collateral.
What are we looking for?
To be considered, you will be a driven, motivated, and passionate Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering Oracle CX solutions on time and on budget. You will be able to reference multiple successful end-to-end deliveries where you have worked across the full lifecycle, and you will pride yourself on high-quality work and delivering exceptional service to customers.
This role requires someone who is adaptable, who can wear several hats to proficiently handle teams, project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. You will cope well with managing change and will be able to use your experience to create new processes and streamline existing ones.
Proactive, you will be able to work autonomously and will bring good attention to detail and a positive attitude to motivate the team around you and keep client stakeholders engaged.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Excellent project management experience across multiple end-to-end projects, ideally in a client-facing consultancy setting.
2. Strong knowledge and experience of delivering Oracle CX Cloud solutions – Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.
3. Project Management qualification.
4. Experience of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
5. Proven track record of delivering projects to quality, budget, and on time.
6. Exceptional communication skills.

This is a hybrid role which will see you split your time between home/remote and the Central London office 3 days per week. You also need to be flexible to travel to client sites if required.
