Our client, a leading global asset management and banking firm, is on the lookout for two enthusiastic Client Operations Analysts to join their EMEA Global Client Activation team in the vibrant City Centre of Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company that manages trillions in assets, working alongside some of the world's top banks!
Role Overview:
As a Client Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the account and market activities for our clients. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, ensuring clients have a seamless experience as they navigate the complexities of global markets. This fixed-term contract lasts for 9 months and offers the chance to immerse yourself in the world of finance and investment.
What You’ll Do:
* Enhance Client Experience: Handle client instructions and queries with precision and professionalism.
* Build Relationships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account setups and market activations.
* Guide Clients: Help clients understand the requirements and regulations of investing in global markets.
* Manage Setups: Interpret client instructions and assist in the setup and maintenance of their accounts on proprietary systems.
* Monitor Activities: Review outstanding client requests, ensuring timely completion in line with service level agreements.
Who You Are:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Organisational Skills: Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in all client interactions.
* Client Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
* Fluency in English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills (minimum B2 level).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong digital and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
* Previous experience managing multiple, high-volume tasks.
* Financial services experience is a plus.
