Receptionist

We're looking for a Receptionist to join our Sanctuary Students team in Glasgow. Based at Kelvinhaugh Residence, you will join a team of 19 spread between office, housekeeping, and maintenance. The role will be responsible for being first point of contact for all students and guests visiting the site and will complete different administrative tasks on a day:to:day basis. We're looking for someone with people skills who has worked in a similar role, communicating, and helping people in a friendly demeanour within a similar hospitality environment.

Welcoming and greeting new arrivals and visitors on site and giving directions and advice when needed

Issuing keys and passes to visitors and managing the signing in and out documents ensuring it is kept up to date and dealing with the key replacement process

Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and at the front desk

Schedule appointments in calendar and informing residents through email

Administrative tasks including filing, printing, scanning, and updating spread sheets and different systems

Receiving and organising post and parcels which comes in
