As a TOM Design Lead, you will work closely with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to design and implement an efficient and scalable operating model that supports the firm’s private asset strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of a Target Operating Model (TOM) for Private Assets. Conduct detailed business and systems requirements analysis to support solution design. Develop and implement end-to-end business processes and operating models, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and business units, to ensure successful delivery of the new TOM. Drive solution design for complex business structures, ensuring both functional and technical feasibility. Provide leadership in modelling, documentation, and stakeholder engagement for significant change programmes. Support the implementation phase, including testing and validation of business processes and system integrations. Experience: Strong Business Analysis and Solution Design experience within Asset & Investment Management. Proven experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation, particularly for Private Assets. Deep understanding of Private Asset types, including Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Direct Lending. Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end operating models for complex initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Strong documentation skills, with experience producing high-quality business solution design artefacts. Experience in supporting testing and validation phases of product and operating model implementations. Familiarity with technical architecture considerations in TOM design.
