We are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to be based in our Felixsowe office to support the Account Manager and Head of Commercial – Intermodal in ensuring all aspects of our customers experience is seamless and positive. Key components of the role will be administration focused, assisting with financial related tasks including billing, queries and storage. The other focus will be on the day-to-day management of our ever-growing customer base, promoting an exceptional service and dealing with customer enquiries and ad-hoc tasks. Closing date: 11th February 2025 Recording and managing terminal storage invoices in Fargo Tops Investigating and responding to invoice queries Liaise with the accounts payable team as required to settle any account queries or disputes with customers. Updating weekly/monthly reports for credits, invoice queries and aged debt Improving the above by working with the Account Manager and Head of Commercial - Intermodal Creating, providing and distributing customer booking analysis Checking supplier costs are correct & accurate. Inputting revenue related jobs to Fargo Tops. Provide business information to customers such as rates, documents and relevant changes. Update spreadsheets to maintain accuracy for revenue streams. Essential GCSE Math’s and English to grade C equivalent or above Interest to learn about GBRf’s business commodities and functions Ability to communicate effectively, and in an appropriate manner, with both internal and external customers and suppliers. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with others in a team.
