NW Recruitment Services are looking to recruit a Customer Support Assistant for our industry leading client in the Accrington area.
This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's business and requires keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
Roles and responsibilities
-Communicate with customers over the phone, via email and face to face
-Maintain and update spreadsheets
-Maintain and update CRM systems with customer details and orders
-General administrative duties
The ideal candidate will:
-Have strong customer service skills, with the ability to build long term relationships with colleagues and customers
-Have excellent administration skills with high attention to detail
-Be organised and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Be computer literate with a working knowledge of the Microsoft package
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 8:30am til 5pm. Fridays 8:30am til 4pm.
