This critical role involves assisting in the management of a multidisciplinary workforce while ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and adherence to regulatory standards. What we're looking for Qualifications : NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care in Health and Social Care Management Leadership Experience : Previous experience in a senior leadership position within a residential or rehabilitation facility. Expertise : Extensive knowledge of care plan development and risk assessment procedures. Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations relevant to brain injury rehabilitation. Team Guidance : Provide professional support and guidance to staff, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team. Training & Development : Identify staff training needs and, where necessary, deliver training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Staff Coordination : Assist with preparing staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage and efficiency. Supervision & Appraisals : Oversee staff supervision and conduct personal development reviews to promote continuous improvement. Risk Management : Conduct and review risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
