Apex Educ8 Ltd are currently looking to recruit a payroll administrator to our head office in Watford.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading Recruitment Agency excelling in our market.
We are looking for a self-driven individual who is well organised with good time management skills. You will need to have strong attention to detail with a good level of numeracy and be able to work well under pressure.
This role is office based from 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Duties
1. Credit Control
2. Checking and processing timesheets, ensuring attention to detail at all times
3. Creating weekly and monthly reports for consultants and management
4. Accurately processing weekly payroll to external vendors and creating invoices accordingly
5. Responding to and resolving queries via email and inbound calls
6. The role is not limited to the above as there may be other ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
1. Good IT skills with knowledge of Excel
2. Ability to prioritise tasks and workload
3. Excellent numeracy skills and communication skills
4. Excellent work ethic
5. Attention to detail
No experience in payroll is required, but a strong candidate will have experience in data entry and/or administrative duties.
As this role is office based, the ability to commute to Watford is essential with parking on site.
