Salary: GBP45000 - GBP55000 per annum + 15% bonus + car + benefits
An exciting opportunity to work for a well-known international brand managing national wholesale accounts (south) within the professional hairdressing Industry.
A field/remote based position with the need to be located near HO in Basingstoke (a requirement to be in HO Basingstoke 1 day a week).
Role Requirements
1. Driving profitable growth in line with company target setting
2. Account planning (yearly planning and regular updates according to needs of business) and steer account success according to agreed sales and profit targets
3. Develop strong cross functional relationships within account base across (i.e. buying, merchandise, marketing, finance, supply) to create an even stronger partnership
4. Work to a set journey Plan calling on Wholesalers to the professional hairdressing Industry.
5. Responsible for account growth of designated region.
6. Assess the performance and ROI of all promotions and marketing campaigns for future planning
7. Promotional planning, presenting new product ranges.
8. Monitor competitor activity and communicate to the wider team.
9. Complete data driven sales forecasts on a rolling 12 month.
10. Manage trade spend & financial sign off.
Experience/Skills Required
1. Ideally 2+ years account management, sales experience within key UK accounts wholesalers and/or Salons, Hair, Beauty, Fashion, lifestyle branded goods.
2. Track record in overdelivering on targets set both in terms of sales and profitability
3. Powerful presentation & strong selling and negotiation skills
4. Range categorisation and brand strategies
5. Ability to build and sustain strong relations
6. Time Management with effective planning
7. High numeracy and analytical skills (P&Ls, margins)
