Role Summary As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be passionate about the brand and obsessed with the customer. You will be accountable for the creation and execution of the multichannel marketing calendar and will be responsible for everything: high-level campaign conception to the delivery of marketing content across channels. You will thrive in a fast-paced working environment and be able to turn your hand to anything, whether it¿s creating a TikTok reel, coming up with stand-out marketing copy lines, or planning a full season of marketing activity across online and offline channels. Role Responsibilities
1. Devise, manage and deliver seasonal marketing calendar, taking into account brand campaign, customer mindset & moments as well as product and trading activity
2. Collaborate with the Head of Creative and Studio & Location Manager to own all seasonal marketing campaigns, bringing our brand DNA to life and driving customer reach, retention, and acquisition.
3. Co-ordinate & deliver impactful & effective marketing activity, on time and within budget across all channels including web, email, social and POS content, working with the Content, Ecomm and Retail Ops teams to ensure optimal execution
4. React to trade performance, working at pace to deliver new activity across channels to optimise performance
5. Work with the Social Media Manager to devise and execute the social media strategy, with clear objectives & KPIs for each channel including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
6. Build a highly engaged and fast-growing community of brand advocates that align with the FatFace brand DNA and values
7. Alongside the Social Media & PR Manager, work with external PR agency to devise & execute an engaging PR strategy (including live events) that gets everyone talking about our brand, our product & our values
8. Inspire and develop a brand marketing team, including content, copy, social and PR to drive a vibrant, creative culture championing continuous improvement and innovation across every touchpoint
9. Be a complete brand advocate, leading by example and working with all teams across the business to ensure everything we do is on brand
10. Understand the brand¿s growth ambitions and use customer insight to ensure we are constantly connecting with our customers
11. Set clear objectives and KPIs for each marketing initiative and use these results to review and revise content with a focus on constant evolution and innovation
12. Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times.
Skills and Experience
13. Significant marketing experience with bundles of creative and copy ideas
14. Bursting with ideas, whether for big campaigns, concepts, or small improvements, with an ability to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
15. Proven track record of executing a marketing calendar with a pro-active, hands on approach
16. Experience in brand marketing, knowing how to translate brand DNA, values and seasonal content across channels to engage customers most effectively
17. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and turn your hand to support any function required to drive trading activity and turn brand and product messaging into customer facing content
18. Ability to lead all aspects of projects, conception to execution with a keen eye for detail
19. Knowledge of how digital platforms work to build growth and engagement including experience on building a highly engaged social community
20. A history of building high-performing teams with an energetic, innovative, and enthusiastic approach
21. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and work to tight deadlines and budgets
22. Strong team player, able to work cross-functionally & build internal & external relationships as well as work on own initiative
