The Demand Planner for Cytiva is responsible for generating a demand plan and building consensus with commercial and customer requirements by taking into accounts forecasts, historical demand, statistics, market dynamics, stakeholders insights. This demand plan is used by our Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions to plan resource allocation. This position is part of the Demand Planning department located in Amersham, UK and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: Own & lead the Regional Demand Planning processes for a given portfolio. Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial teams. Give clear direction on forecasting goals as well as supporting demand analysis, reporting forecast changes and drivers. Ensure approved 18 months demand forecast is updated timely every month in Demantra, our demand planning system. Monitor/analyze sales history, report forecast changes. Establish regular performance reviews. Ensure that there is a rigorous process in place for the measurement, analysis, and continuous improvement of regional key performance indicators. This includes forecast accuracy management, requiring root cause analysis, and countermeasures plan for forecast improvement. Follow and enforce rigor in executing the IBP processes with different teams, operating within the IBP ecosystem. Drive and establish, when needed, processes to ensure clear communication around supply & demand within the region. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, statistics or similar field required. Good Excel and PowerPoint skills with very strong analytical skills, able to deal with large amount of data, in multiple formats and from different sources, consolidating all data and showing ability to identify and prioritize focus areas. Commercially aware and understanding of Sales Management processes. Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to details. Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitments. Ability to communicate at various organizational levels. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Available for some international travel based on specific ad-hoc business needs. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Multiple years of experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning or related field.
