Role: Technical Author for an Electronics business
Location: Birmingham (3 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Schedule: 4-day work week
Are you a Technical Author with a passion for documenting cutting-edge electronics? Our client, a leading electronics business specialising in IoT-connected devices for the healthcare and medical sectors, is seeking a Technical Author to join their innovative R&D team.
Key Responsibilities:
Create build pack documentation, product specifications, product instructions, BOMs (Build of Materials), and ECNs (Engineering Change Notices).
Collaborate closely with Electronic and Embedded Software Engineers.
Develop high-quality documentation for regulatory bodies and internal use, including product installation guides.About You:
Proven experience as a Technical Author, producing excellent documentation.
You don't need to be an Electronics Engineer, but you should have a solid understanding of electronics.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.Why Join?
