As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing quotes, processing orders, coordinating stock levels and overseeing logistics from goods in / out shipping. While the role is primarily office-based, you’ll also play a hands-on part in ensuring orders are packed and ready to leave, typically handling less than 10 packages, per week. The ideal candidate for this role is an individual who can work independently, take accountability for their tasks and use their initiative to solve problems and ensure smooth operations. Experience in a similar role is essential, as you’ll need to hit the ground running in this dynamic environment.
