Fife Arms Hotel, located in the village of Braemar (Scotland) is recruiting a
Front Office Porter.
As a Porter, you will consistently provide first class
service to our guests, exceeding the expectations of their experience in every
aspect of their stay.
As Porter you will be responsible for:
* Providing an exceptional guest experience from
check-in to check out.
* Assisting guests with luggage, ensuring a
smooth transition from the entrance to the Reception desk.
* Safely handling and transporting guests’
luggage to their rooms or other designated areas.
* Ensuring the safety and security of guests by
conducting regular walk abouts throughout the hotel, ensuring that fire doors
are closed and that there are no health & safety hazards.
* Ensuring a presence on the front desk
throughout the day, completing the Porter checklist.
* Ensuring guests requests are delivered with
efficiency and effectivity.
* Ensuring that public areas are maintained
clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.

rest.
