Benefits and Engagement Manager Full-time (part-time would be considered) Hybrid working Grade 9: £55,636 - £64,228 A number of exciting opportunities have arisen to join the University of Oxford’s Reward Team as it expands to develop and embed a Total Rewards strategy and offering. The Benefits and Engagement Manager is a new role responsible for creating and implementing a new, innovative approach to employee benefits and recognition within the University. You will design and implement a benefits strategy that meets the diverse needs of our staff and aligns with the University's strategic goals. You'll be at the forefront of driving employee recognition and reward initiatives, ensuring that our total reward offerings are competitive and impactful. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and development of a new benefits and recognition strategy, benchmarking benefits to identify best practice and emerging trends, gathering employee feedback and using data to inform proposals and decision making. We are seeking a proactive individual with proven experience in HR with a focus on benefits administration, employee engagement, and/or reward strategies. You will have experience in designing and implementing comprehensive benefits programmes and have the ability to interpret data to provide evidence-based recommendations. You will possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, providing support, guidance, and leadership to colleagues.
