jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting
activities.
As a Leisure Assistant/Personal Trainer you are required to provide a professional, friendly service to our guests demonstrating a good understanding of the
products and services available.
What will I be doing?
As a Leisure Assistant/Personal Trainer at The Mole you will assist visitors to the
Spa with direction and understanding of the facilities. You will also be responsible for keeping the
area in a clean and tidy condition for client’s comfort, as well as work to
achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for
performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Host the leisure facility with your colleagues

Handling
membership enquiries
·
Payment
handling and financial control
·
Lead
fitness classes offering energy and enthusiasm (if qualified)
·
Develop
customized fitness programs tailored to guests' needs, ensuring safety and
effectiveness.
·
Ensuring
facilities are maintained to the highest standard
·
Reporting
any faults or maintenance issues to the correct department
·
Following
operating procedures for opening and closing the facility
·
Communicating
to guests in a professional friendly manner
·
Complying
with current health and safety legislation
·
Liaising
with other departments promoting teamwork
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role as a Leisure Assistant/PT at The
Mole, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that
follow:
·
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
·
Level 2 Certified Personal Trainer accreditation
from a recognized fitness organization
·
Any additional class qualifications such as spin, aquafit,
exercise to music, pilates, yoga, pool plant operator, first aid would be
preferable
·
Good communication skills
·
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer
service
·
A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to
uniform requirements
·
Flexibility to respond to a range of different
work situations
·
Ability to work on your own or in a team
·
Previous experience in a hospitality or leisure
environment is advantageous
Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not
essential as full training will be provided. A level 2 Gym Instruction qualification would be ideal. However we would take non PT qualified applications.
You will be key in delivering our brand of fabulous stays
and active days.
