Administrative assistant required to assist in our busy customer services / dispatch department.
An IT background would be useful as the job will involve working with customer orders from our Web-Sites and up-dating / monitoring our tool-stock program.
Working Hours: 09:30 to 13:30 Monday to Thursday
Picking and packing customer orders (mainly small hand tools), preparing delivery notes and processing the orders through our dispatch systems.
Following up on customer chase-up's and general customer enquiries.
Working with our stock controller / production team to ensure stock records are up-to-date and stock locations are properly noted.
Keeping the work area tidy and maintaining / up-dating the stock of packing materials
