Global Consumer Brand (£3+ billion turnover)
Location: West Midlands. Hybrid (3/2 split)
Contract Type: 12 month FTC
Role Responsibilities:
* Develop a market-leading launch for a totally new brand.
* Craft compelling brand propositions grounded in consumer insight.
* Inspire stakeholders with the new proposition, brand vision, and launch.
* Own the brand's long-term strategies with clear KPIs including brand health, customer experience, financial performance, and estate makeup.
* Identify new brand and marketing opportunities to build and scale the new brand.
* Lead the team of Brand Managers to deliver robust Brand Management with clear objectives and KPIs aligned with the long-term Brand Strategy.
* Manage one of the largest budgets within the group, demonstrating both short and long-term benefits and ROI of this investment.
