Description As our Brand Marketing Executive, you will join our ever-growing marketing team and work alongside the Senior Brand Marketing Executive to lead the planning, execution of strategy, and relationships with our emerging, external, 3 rd party brand partners. You will need to be a good communicator (written and verbal), have a solid understanding of UK culture and trends and be able to manage a myriad of projects at once. Being our Brand Marketing Executive has a range of differing responsibilities including full autonomy over all of our emerging brand relationships (NTW, Dès Vu, UGG, Belier to name a few), managing a 6 figure annual budget and individual budgets per brand, briefing in campaigns for 20 brands, managing 40 campaigns per year, calendar planning alongside buying & merchandising and 360 campaign management across retail, ecommerce, OOH & experiential. As a Brand Marketing Executive you will be: Supporting in managing the third party brand annual budget (7 figures). This also includes individual budgets per brand (6 figures). Managing brand relationships across 20 brands including meetings, text, email and calls. Lead on emerging brands including NTW, ASICS, Gridd, Vans, Converse, etc. Executing the third-party brand strategy for the year considering all touch points. This also includes individual strategy per brand. Lead emerging brand campaigns from planning to execution. Working collaboratively with ecommerce and retail teams on instore executions and campaign roll out. Working with buying and merchandising teams to understand key product focuses per quarter and delivery dates. Data analysis including use of web analysis tools (Power BI). Scouting for campaign talent to use within own brand campaigns (where necessary) and managing relationships with talent managers. Quarterly and monthly calendar planning. Attending meetings both locally and nationally with different brand partners. Signing off creative concepts for all emerging brand campaigns, inline with Footasylum and brand TOV. Undergoing retail visits across the UK to review campaign execution within our brick-and-mortar destinations. Traffic managing projects through Wrike. About You We are looking for someone with the relevant level of experience and background. The role will require a high level of organisation, communication and creative flair. Knowledge of different consumers’ is vital with trends, cultural moments, and social media also key. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Good knowledge of UK culture (music, gaming, internet, etc). Good knowledge of fashion culture and Footasylum consumer. Experience working in retail or brand would be preferred. Solid understanding of Excel and Outlook.
