Human Resources Manager
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for our client to join a well-established educational organisation at a time of growth and development. This is a newly created role and offers the chance to make a real impact, working within a dynamic environment that supports young people with autism and other learning differences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the HR function for the designated provisions, ensuring a professional and effective service.
* Maintain rigorous safeguarding and compliance standards, ensuring inspection readiness at all times.
* Provide expert support on employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and absence management.
* Empower and support line managers to handle HR processes confidently and in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
* Navigate a fast-paced, complex organization with professionalism and resilience.
* Deliver training and guidance to develop leadership capabilities across teams.
About You
This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will have:
* Proven experience in managing an HR function.
* Strong knowledge of employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and supporting staff wellbeing.
* A passion for developing and supporting managers to uphold best HR practices.
* A commitment to safeguarding and compliance, ensuring policies and procedures align with regulatory standards.
* Personal resilience, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt in a complex organization.
* Experience with Ofsted and CQC (desirable but not essential).
