Main duties of the job To provide a high standard of clinical care ensuring safe and effective assessment, treatment (including depot injections) and comprehensive discharge planning using clinical reasoning skills and appropriate assessment tools. To plan, implement, review and improve interventions to meet people's identified needs and manage their inherent risk. Offering nursing interventions in a wide variety of clinical, therapeutic and social forms with the aim of promoting health, wellbeing, self autonomy and independence. To manage caseload and service delivery to contribute towards the attainment of Service/Trust productivity requirements.
