The Role A number of seasonal opportunities have arisen in our well-established Park & Fly Team supporting the delivery of our unique services to our customers using the airport s Premium Meet & Greet car parking facility. The role will be office based, providing front of house support, as well as ensuring a smooth check in process for our customers. As a Front of House Operative, you are the face of our Premium Meet & Greet facility and will often be the first and last point of contact for our customers - the role requires excellent organisational and customer service skills. You will be tasked with a range of car parking administrative related duties, and we are looking to recruit a people person with the ability to work alone or as part of a team. You will be highly motivated and willing to adopt a hardworking and pro-active approach to work. The applicant is required to be comfortable using office-based IT systems ensuring our booking system is up to date and email queries are dealt with. This is a perfect opportunity for a candidate who believes in delivering the best possible standard of customer experience.
