The Role As a Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee our production output, ensuring we meet key targets and deadlines through effective management of our workforce and processes. Specifically, you will lead the day-to-day management of our factory workforce, and ensure product quality, and health, and safety compliance. You will lead the introduction of new techniques, quality measures, and testing procedures as well as ensuring stock movement and production flow follow set procedures. Duties of the Role: - Collaborate with planning and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient capacity planning - Monitor hours worked against targets and provide feedback on budget adherence - Develop and mentor the workforce through training and skills development - Manage plant and equipment utilisation, and suggest improvements for efficiency Experience Required: - Proven experience in a leadership role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment - Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings - A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management - High competency in health and safety practices - Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess project risks - To be proactive and have effective communication skills for internal and external collaboration - Proficiency in CNC machinery, sheet metal fabrication, and welding (particularly aluminium) Working Days Weekly Pay IND123
