A service organisation based in Tetbury is currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team. Duties will include: To handle accounts queries through emails and telephone calls, credit control, chasing aged debtors weekly Daily, weekly and monthly banking reconciliations To manage outstanding sales balances falling due, contact customers to confirm payments, ensuring contractual terms are adhered to Monitor customer payment performance Set and monitor credit limits Where required initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion Investigate and resolve invoice disputes, take corrective action, and provide a resolution Make effective use of the Company's operating systems to ensure correct charges are applied, and notes to customer accounts are updated correctly To carry out invoicing for all the Company's services provided through our operational software system Previous credit control experience is essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of reducing debtor days and be able to head up review meetings.
