Join Our Team as a Data Quality Junior Analyst at Mid and South Essex Foundation Trust!
We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Quality Junior Analyst to join our dynamic team.
At Mid and South Essex Foundation Trust, the integrity of our data is paramount. Accurate, timely, consistent, and relevant data not only ensures the Trust receives appropriate funding but also drives critical decision-making for the future of clinical services and patient safety.
Your work will contribute to shaping the quality of care we deliver, supporting the production of vital statistics such as standardised mortality rates, clinical outcomes, and key quality indicators. This data informs NHS decision-makers, the Integrated Care System, and other external bodies, helping us collectively improve healthcare standards.
This is your chance to make a meaningful impact—join us in delivering excellence in data quality and healthcare outcomes!
You will assist in the delivery of outcomes and recommendations identified by data quality audits and the maintenance of data quality reports and procedures. Supporting the monitoring of agreed key performance and quality metrics will also form a major part of this role.
You will work closely with operational and administrative staff across the Trust, as part of a Data Quality team focused on delivering significant but sustainable improvements in the quality of data and increase the level of assurance in the intelligence it generates.
With a workforce of approximately 15,000 staff, we can now do more and go further in delivering health services to our local communities.
Our ambition is to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve the health and well being of our patients, and provide a vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and build careers.
Patients will experience improved care as well as fewer delays and cancellations. We are able to provide more once-in-a-lifetime specialist care region-wide. With our new trust size will come more opportunities for development, research, networking and innovation.
We aim to make the most of our skills and experiences so we can become the best we can be. As one organisation we will recruit the finest and retain more specialist staff due to more employment opportunities across our Trust.
The role is based at Broomfield Hospital with opportunities to also work flexibly. The post-holder will be expected to travel between sites when required.
For a full list of role responsibilities, please see the attached job description.
If you like the challenge of working in a fast pace and exciting environment, where we look after and value you, then you may be the person to join our team.
