Role Overview:
Responsible for supporting employees and line managers, defining and delivering the people plan to enable business goals with engaged, high-performing teams. Provides People & Culture (P&C) support for a broad range of activities, ensuring the delivery of initiatives in line with legislation, bp policy, and best practices.
The role acts as a strategic business partner within leadership teams, offering insights to support decision-making, coaching, and fostering team effectiveness aligned with values and leadership expectations.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering compliant HR operations supporting the business
* Ensuring health, safety, & duty of care
* Providing analytics for decision-making
* Offering HR consultation and advice to senior leadership, addressing employee relations, and promoting diversity and inclusion
* Deep understanding of the business and people supported
* Partnering with other P&C teams on initiatives like talent development, performance management, and coaching
* Connecting across P&C teams to leverage best practices and efficiencies
* Ensuring compliance with safety and ethics policies
* Supporting organizational change initiatives
* Assisting Talent Acquisition in attracting and retaining talent, aligned with employer branding
* Developing strategic talent plans
* Driving talent management and enabling a high-performance culture
* Supporting employee engagement from onboarding onwards
* Applying agile methodologies to maximize value
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
* Experience in partnering with the business and coaching for success
* Proactive talent management and employee relations skills
* Experience with agile practices and digital tools
* Ability to challenge practices and propose innovative solutions
* Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
* Proven experience in strategic talent management, ER, change management, and organizational development
* Leadership skills and role-modeling capabilities
* Experience in organizational change within a matrix organization, with knowledge of local labor laws
