Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes for our à la carte and event menus. - Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with health regulations. - Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. - Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service. - Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
