Head of Paid Search - Agency (eCommerce)

We are working with a Digital Marketing Agency in London to help them hire for a Head of Paid Search. They work with a range of online retailers, transforming them into ecommerce leaders.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the paid search strategy for 4 to 5 clients
* Presenting to clients and collaborating on strategies with interna teams
* Owning the UK Paid Search service offering both internally and externally
* Creating product roadmaps to elevate their service offering
* Report to the leadership team on performance
* Managing the paid search team
* Attend and speak at industry events
Requirements:
* Paid Search expert
* Ecommerce & agency experience is a must
* Strong network in this space
* Comfortable presenting & pitching
* Experience with innovating Paid Search as a product
* Ability to motivate and develop others
