Contract type: Permanent, Part time Working hours: Department is open 7 days a week and hours to be worked through varied shifts between Monday-Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 7am-5pm and Sunday 8am-5pm Please only apply if you can commit to this As Reception Team Leader, you will ensure that an exemplary level of customer service is upheld in the provision of service to patients, visitors, consultants, and the Spire team whilst leading the Reception Administration Teams. Duties and responsibilities (not limited): To support Heads of departments and the senior management team in the Hospital in meeting the overall Hospital objectives and goals and understanding how the team contributes towards those To assess team performance and provide feedback to colleagues and overall people management To provide an efficient administration service within the hospital/relevant department, working within established policies and processes To take responsibility for the administration duties, offering guidance and training to other staff performing administration duties across reception departments, thereby enabling all staff to attain high standard required for admin duties.
