The Supply Chain and Customer Service team is undergoing a period of growth and is now looking for a Customer Service their customer journey. - You will be providing quotations for customers, advising on parts and clarifying stock availability, webchat regarding stock and any customer queries, managing delivery schedules and liaising with production for lead-times. - This is an office based role, system and data base driven so if you have projects and customer support experience within another industry it would be really relevant as long as you can work with multiple systems and calculate quotations. - Reviewing stock levels and ensure that the accurate customer delivery planning, ensuring the customer orders are up to date, scheduled and maintained onto the SAP database. To succeed you will need to be customer friendly and have a keen eye for detail. You will be passionate about your role and how it can make a real difference. - Experience of working in a busy modern manufacturing office environment would be preferable due to the fast-paced nature of the business but it's not essential if you are already worked within a busy customer service role with great administrative skill set within another industry. You will be a team player and have excellent communication skills. I am open to consider people from a busy office support, compliance, health & safety, pricing, stock management, engineering or any customer support sales administrative background if you are confident and can update complex internal systems accurately.
