Are you a Lead Hygiene Water Engineer wanting to step into management, or a manager looking to join a fast-growing building services company? If so, our Building Services client are looking for a Water Hygiene Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be will be required to manage the relationship and performance of the water hygiene contract, ensuring compliance, focusing on KPI performance, proactively dealing with potential customer issues and liaising with the internal Management team to ensure contract delivery along with supporting and managing our inhouse water hygiene engineers along with specialist sub-contractors. Requirements Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values: Honesty, Professionalism and Quality. Experience as a Water Hygiene Manager or similar role– At least 2 years in a relevant waster hygiene role. Legionella Awareness Training, City & Guilds water industry certifications and other relevant qualifications. Good level of computer skills, ability to use PDA/Compliance system for reporting. Good level of knowledge working with and using Excel and Word and CRM/ Quoting system. Detailed understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 parts 1,2,3. (Essential) Ability to make recommendations from job reports and risk assessments with knowledge and experience in water hygiene and treatment. Experience in analytical service visits for closed systems and from lab results. Proven track record in account management and the management of a team. Clean UK Driving License. Clean DBS Record.
