A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Senior Nurse to join a highly reputable and dynamic private hospital based in Worcester. If you are an experienced Nurse, this is a great opportunity to join their friendly surgical team. The hospital undertakes a range of procedures including orthopaedic, urological, cosmetic, spinal, gynaecological, and general surgical procedures. The service has 4 theatres, 25 beds, a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite, oncology suite, and dedicated clinics. The team is passionate about the high-quality care they provide and looking for a like-minded Senior Nurse to join.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of planned care for patients
* Display effective management of clinical teams in a safe and caring environment in the most efficient and clinically effective way
* Support the Ward Manager and Head of Clinical Services in the overall management of the healthcare environment
* Develop own knowledge and practice and assist others to continually professionally develop
* Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas, and work practices
* Develop and improve services
* Contribute towards improvements
Who We're Looking For
* Be NMC registered RGN - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* At least 5 years' experience in an acute setting in the UK
* Experience working as a Senior Nurse in a surgical unit
* Autonomous decision-maker
* Able to showcase excellent patient care
* Strong communication skills
* Flexible and eager to learn
