We are currently seeking Receptionists to provide support for ad hoc holiday and sickness covers for our clients located in the City and West End of London. These short-term temporary assignments range from 1-2 days to 1-2 weeks full time and require individuals who will representing corporate clients. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting, managing meeting rooms, coordinating bookings, arranging refreshments, and collaborating with facilities management. The roles entail various administrative tasks such as data input, facilitating inductions, issuing security passes, and assisting teams as needed. Key Requirements: - Background in corporate reception - Availability for ad hoc work in central London - First Aid or Fire Marshall experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
