Then we may well have the job for you Based within the Contracts Division Invoicing Clerk Creating outgoing invoices to customers Preparing invoices based on drawing down % of fixed price jobs Preparing invoices based on day work hourly rates and materials used Requesting order numbers from customers for works completed Liaising with customers in relation to invoice queries and communicating these back to Contract managers Through Sage 200 keeping track of all submitted invoices and WIP invoices Personal Specifcation: Sage 200 experience or similar Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries Knowledge of data entry for record keeping General administration skills including managing e-mails and accounting books Experience in a similar role would with an engineering business would be an advantage Salary & Benefits Salary dependant on experience Private Healthcare scheme and cover will be extended to your partner/wife and children Life insurance benefit that will be equal to four times your basic annual salary Skills: Invoicing Costing purchase orders sage 200 Benefits: Medical Aid / Health Care life insurance free car parking Paid Holidays
