We have two exciting opportunities for IDT Support administrators to join the Complex Discharge Team.
We are looking for self-motivated and confident individuals to join our team. The successful applicants must have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload effectively and the ability to work alongside the MDT to support the Transfer of Care processes.
Prior knowledge of System One and Liquid Logic would be beneficial. Full training will be given.
The successful applicants will be required to answer phones, dealing with a vast variety of calls which involves problem solving and decision making, keep data inputting and also will need to maintain accurate data of client details, adhering to data protection and information governance.
The admin role is a busy one but you will be working alongside other members of the team.
Main duties of the job
To provide administrative support to enable the Integrated Discharge team at the JPUH to carry out their professional function efficiently and effectively.
Duties include:
1. Reception duties, telephone, personal contact and liaison with wards, internal and external agencies, patients and relatives.

Experience
* Admin experience within an administrative setting
* Excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft IT applications
* Demonstrable experience of working with Excel spreadsheets and reports

Salary: £24,071 to £25,674 a year, pro rata
