The PureGym Group is experiencing an extraordinary period of expansion, evolving from the largest gym operator in the UK to establishing a growing international presence in Switzerland, Denmark, the Middle East, and, most recently, the USA through an exciting acquisition. To support this incredible growth, we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Group function, contributing to central roles across the organisation.
This role, based in our Angel office in London, will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Inclusion. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our direct sourcing capabilities, mentoring a Talent Acquisition specialist, and spearheading Talent Acquisition projects aimed at improving efficiency and ensuring alignment with our Group objectives.
The Role

We are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team, based in our London Angel offices. This role is a combination of home and office-based work, so you will need to be able to commute to our office in Central London 3 days/week to meet stakeholders face to face.
In this role, you will be a recruitment partner for senior managers in our corporate centre to source and recruit the best talent for their teams. You will support a range of departments across our offices in London, Leeds, Switzerland, and Denmark across functions such as Finance, IT, Commercial, Marketing, People, and Property.
From effective advert writing and advising on appropriate advertising channels through to supporting with interview and assessment design, you will offer hands-on support through the entire process and keep an outstanding candidate experience at the heart of what you do.
While the ambition is to hire the majority of our new joiners directly, you will also engage with our agency partners to ensure a seamless process and that our terms of business are adhered to.
The Person
To take on this role, you will need:
* A demonstrable background, either agency or in-house, in managing the recruitment process for a range of positions in a head office environment.
* Experience in managing or mentoring within TA.
* Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
* Ability to work high volumes, at pace, across all levels of the business.
* The ability to engage and influence at all levels through the relationships you build.
* Strong communication and interviewing skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
* To be passionate about the candidate experience and its impact and importance to a brand.
* A good head for numbers and data, able to measure progress effectively through KPIs.
