This role will develop your understanding, knowledge, and qualifications for inspection and verification of complex fabricated/welded components, manufactured to drawing requirements and contract specifications.
Duties of this role include:
1. Assisting in NDT inspection and developing sufficient experience towards recognised qualifications.
2. Performing interstage & final dimensional inspection of fabrications and supporting the requirements for documenting and maintaining records associated with these activities.
3. Reviewing and verifying route cards, process instructions, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces.
4. Responsible for inspection of components/products, auditing processes, assisting in the development of necessary documentation and control of documentation, analyzing & reporting on materials, processes, and products.
5. Inspection, verification, and certification of materials.
6. Review documentation for lifetime quality records.
