The Role: As a Customer Services Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to expert for our clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery. You’ll manage data across multiple systems, tackle issues head-on, and be the first point of contact for your clients, helping to maintain the gold standard of service that we’re known for.

What You’ll Do:
* Provide top-tier service to your client portfolio, ensuring all communications, invoices, and reports are accurate and timely.
* Proactively manage client needs across departments, using multiple systems and the full Microsoft suite.
* Handle fluctuating workloads and incoming queries with independence, escalating when necessary.
* Collaborate within an expanding, dynamic team with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
