Working within a supportive team, the Recruitment Coordinator will support a team of HRBPs and lead in everything Recruitment!
Responsibilities:
* Working closely with stakeholders to manage and support/guide through the recruitment process.
* Job advertisements, ATS management, and CV review.
* Candidate communication and organizing/attending interviews.
* Manage the full candidate cycle - creating a strong and positive experience for each applicant.
* Candidate attraction - a social media guru who can promote the employer brand and create talent pipelines.
* Full onboarding process, paperwork, communications up to the contract of employment.
* References and compliance administration.
* Support and lead inductions - they have a very strong induction process for new starters, and this person will be the face of the business during this process.
* Represent the organization with apprentice suppliers - schools, colleges, and interact with apprentices.
* Represent the company at job fairs.
* Work closely with the HR BP team and cover for HR Co when on leave.
