We are looking for an Office Administrator to work with our Client in Stretford, M32. The job will be in an operational team which covers Customer Service and Supply Chain. Basic duties will include: Preparing customer orderbooks for Account Managers to review Helping to resolve general customer queries relating to delivery issues and delivery dates – i.e. responding to emails, looking on the system etc Providing delivery confirmation to customers Chasing suppliers for information, for them to acknowledge orders and to provide us with delivery dates General department admin such as filing, updating quarantine logs, shredding. Answering the telephone, directing calls etc. The hours for the job are: 8:30 – 17:00 (with 30 min unpaid lunch break) Monday to Friday. 40 hours week. Up to £29k/annum Important criteria: Excel knowledge is what we need Polite engaging manner on the telephone Good written English for sending emails to customers. Previous customer service or supply chain experience or wants to develop in these areas that is an advantage Training on just basic parts of the ERP system that they will need to use will be provided.
